Example Hardware List for UCLA Setup

The following is a compiled list of the hardware currently used at UCLA REMAP in our OpenPTrack system.

Computer

  • Shuttle Version: SZ270R6 [link]

    • NOTE This model does not quite house the graphics card below; chassis has to be slightly bent.
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super [link]

  • Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz × 8

  • RAM: 16GB (Type - DDR4, Speed- 2400 MHz, Manufacturer- Kingston)

Networking & Accessories

Extenders

  • USB 3.0 Extender [link]

  • BlackBox IC502A Fiber Extender [link]

    • NOTE: This Fiber Extender is used with the KinectV2, and does not work with the RealSense or Zed. No other fiber extenders have been tested by REMAP for use with the Zed or RealSense; please consult Stereolabs/Zed for more information (e.g. Zed compatible extenders found here).
