Title Sequence command editing doesn't allow any inputs

The textbox is unclickable and the rain effect also is being rendered there, the dropdown box seems to be not affected.

Happens on the latest develop branch.

Looks like the colours are also swapped, somehow.

I can't quite pinpoint what the issue is, the window code has been always something magical for me.

I've checked it at my machine (running linux) and the only problem I can see is absence of blinking cursor (or other info that the field is editable). If I click on text field, it can be edited (max value of Wait is 65000 as per line 515 in TitleCommandEditor.cpp).
I can submit the change where all elements are greyish (I have to check where the font color is defined, as text box font stayed green).
