Edit User Settings

We need a page (/user/edit) where a user can edit the "about" section of their profile and manage what authenticators are attached to their account. We can reuse the login/registration form on the home page (minus the username of course). They should be able to add and remove authenticators to their account, and choose their preferred method of authentication (by default it's the last method you tied to your account/username).
