Default config folder

This is a default configuration and work folder of the Optimal Framework(OF). The default location is in the home folder of the user running the broker.

Here is:

• config.json - the OF configuration file.
• the folder containing its plugins and their their data
• SSL certificates for https
• Startup scripts for the broker.
