Hotfix: ensure failed requests are dequeued from the requests queue so requests to Orchextra are completed for error and success cases.

Refactor GIGURLAuthCommunicator, if a request fails with an unexpected error, remove request from queue and perform pending requests. Minor fix on ORCAppConfigResponse parsing, false-positive responses (status 200, but no data) are now parsed as a failing response.
