DApp-Specific Listings

As requested by @ivoryz in Discord, some marketplace operators may not want their listings to be displayed on the main Origin DApp. One of the value propositions of the Origin network is to have a shared data layer across marketplaces, and our current OGN commission model depends on the propagation of listings across DApps.

We also recently discussed the complexity associated listings created with custom token price denominations. For listings that are not priced in fiat or potentially even not have a reliably calculable fiat-equivalent price, we may or may not want to show these in the main DApp.
