_PCSX2 versions used:_ pcsx2-v1.3.1-1256-gbbd74e5 (latest dev build)
_Emulation settings:_ "Safest" preset, no hacks.
_Plugins used:_ GSdx AVX2 using the OpenGL renderer and software mode.
_Plugin settings:_ CRC Hack Level "None"

Description:

When using the OpenGL renderer in hardware mode, the skybox/background of the level is improperly drawn.
Instead, only the top left corner contains a portion of what's missing. On software mode, the scene is drawn as expected.

Hardware Specifications :-

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (Driver: NVIDIA 358.50)

Screenshots:

OpenGL renderer. The background is all black. The missing texture presumably is on the top left.

Here's software mode, for reference:

Marking as postponed as this is a known issue in hardware mode which isn't going to be fixed soon and likely to be very very slow when it does get fixed.

I think it's safe to say that it's resolved since one of the metal gear solid game also had a similar issue which has been resolved by your RT channel fetch commit.

Though, I can only confirm whether it's resolved after I get my PC (which will take 4 more days). I hope somone else could check the status of this issue before myself.

Battlefront II was also confirmed to fixed by prafullpcsx2 in the RT channel shuffle PR.
I can confirm Battlefront I, which has the same issue, is still fixed. So there shouldn't be a regression in Battlefront II either.
