Any particular reason for the update in the root's composer.json? R release would require bumping minor version.

• bumping anything in composer.json does not require bumping MINOR in semver
• our release model anyway will trigger MINOR version with new release

I was checking how far we can go, especially how close we are to drop Sf 5. We have ~15% users still relying on it.
While checking that, I updated other libs on the go, "accidentally"
