PHPCS has backfilled the PHP 8.0 `T_NULLSAFE_OBJECT_OPERATOR` token. This backfill will be included in PHPCS 3.5.7.

Upstream PR squizlabs/PHP_CodeSniffer#3046 has been merged and will be included in PHPCS 3.5.7.
This PR syncs the documentation and tests in PHPCSUtils with PHPCS in relation to that merge.
