Bump to v1.4.0

Abstract

This PR marks the finalisation of v1.4.0, bumping the version, updating all routine translations, updating the changelog and running npm audit fix to fix one high severity dependency vulnerability.

Testing

To test this PR, it's suggested to attempt these user flows, or variations of these:

• Test Imports and New Wallet generations.
• Test that Syncing works as expected, without errors, and that it resumes where it left off IF you restart MPW halfway through.
• Test Sending and Receiving.
• Test Contacts.
• Test Staking and Unstaking.
• Any other small, quick tests you feel like doing... do them!

This is just ~24h before the release of v1.4.0, so if there's a good time to catch last-minute bugs, that time is NOW! 💜
