Automint going over the default/desired percentage

Describe the issue

Automint is minting more than the desired/default percentage of the wallet's balance.

Can you reliably reproduce the issue?

If so, please list the steps to reproduce below:

1. Open wallet with automint enabled (default)
2. Unlock wallet
3. Automint runs

Expected behavior

Automint should respect the default/desired percentage of wallet balance

Actual behavior

Automint is not taking into consideration any unconfirmed previous zPIV mints, and is instead still counting them as available for the calculation of how much still needs to be autominted.
