  • Use DeconTools_Installer_x64.exe (inside DeconTools_Installer_x64.zip) to install the application to C:\Program Files\DeconTools
  • Or, download DeconTools_x64.zip which has the executables (DeconConsole.exe and DeconToolsAutoProcessV1.exe) and the required DLLs
    • The Docs directory has example parameter files and additional help files
  • 64-bit ProteoWizard is required to read .mzML files
