Improved the tooltip, added advanced search for unique items, added a lot of logic to decide what item properties (links, ilvl, base, enchantment etc) should be included in the search.

• Did a lot of groundwork for future improvements/features.
• Killed some bugs. The only good bug is a dead bug!
