I've noticed when updating an existing entry with Update-KeePassEntry it doesn't seem to be updating the entries modification time.

Not a major issue but causes a problem when trying to sync from another data source as the simplest option is just to compare modification times.

- Entry History is retained
- UUID is never changed
- Access Time, ModificationTime,  And Location Changed Time are all updated when appropiate.
