Describe the bug

I have two motors with a white wire and a blue wire on them. The white line controls the direction of motor rotation, and I connect them to AUX5 and AUX6 of Pixhawk respectively. The blue line controls the motor speed, and the higher the input PWM, the faster the speed. I connected them to main1 and main3 of Pixhawk. I am unable to control the rover using a remote control, why is this?
