以前处于对 fluxcp 的考虑，不推荐大家在数据库使用 utf8 / utf8mb4 编码，
是想避免大家在使用 fluxcp 的时候被坑得太惨。
现在感觉 fluxcp 市面上已经很少有人使用了，
并且实际上服务端使用 utf8 / utf8mb4 作为数据库编码也没有啥问题，因此取消警告了
