When altering the settings.cfg file to change the hot key used for enabling the chase camera, the mod does not detect the change.

None of the settings in the settings.cfg file are detected.

review of code shows an old method of loading settings. changes to KSP since ver 1.1 required changes to the mod settings folder location. code no longer captures the settings data.
Added a config file load process and altered the node capture code. now works. Fix will be released with version, 1.6.2.1
