Complete Kali Linux Support for Papirus

I am posting this issue here so I can remind myself to complete Kali Linux icons. This includes their...

• Category Icons
• Application Icons for their apps
• Any remaining symlinks

I already created/symlinked some Kali Linux related icons a87a879, 55b6a85, and c8f2ea5.

@creepertron95 not sure about that. Mostly apps used without gui and not have desktop-file...
Also Kali it's hacker distro (if to be honest) and i think hackers not interested with design or icons.

@varlesh I was focusing on the menu icons in the Kali Menu. Most of the icon names have a kali- prefix appended to them.

But why would Kali Linux adopt Flat Remix (Which already has some Kali related icons) and someone maintaining our icon pack in Kali Linux Rolling?
