Pop Os Launcher can't display new window icon

• Distribution (version): Pop!_OS 21.04
• Desktop environment: GNOME (COSMIC)
• Installing method: PPA
• App name (version): Pop COSMIC Launcher (I need help to find the app name)

First of all. I'm not sure if this is the right issue type.
When one searches for an app seems to be a missing icon for the launcher but there is a strange white icon is displayed instead.
I think the icon for the new window is the only one missing
I am not able to figure it out myself.

This is with the papirus icon theme

The stock pop one (I did not reload the shell)
