chrome web app icons appear as chrome icon, not app-specific icons.

with papirus(20220606), chrome web apps can't display their own icons.
but they can display app-specific icon with breeze icon theme.

I know about this problem, but don't know how solve this.
Web apps install own icons to ~/.local/share/icons/hicolor
With option Inherits=breeze,hicolor this should work as a fallback, but it doesn't work, and why the Chrome icon is applied is unclear to me

I have found a workaround, change or removal of prefix "chrome" of icon name in ~/.local/share/icons/hicolor and .desktop file.

EDIT : notion icon name - chrome-cnmnfnkedfekfidgojcdmndbcipagogc-Default.
