Here are 2 issues with the icons:

  1. The letters on the icon are poorly pixel-aligned. Do not try to fix this by choosing fonts, it must be done manually.
  2. The height of the icon is too low. This will be noticeable on horizontal panels. It can be fixed by adding a background shape.
