Changes:

  1. Fixes drone talk (:d), which previously displayed the prefix. Also standardizes the code a bit. Functionally nothing changes.
  2. Stops AI's, borgs and drones from using the spec ops shuttle, which requires CentCom access.
  3. Map fixes.

1) Added rule that AI spiders may only *attempt* ventcrawling once per
60 seconds. Prevents RNG making spiders totally uncatchable, and reduces
chances of consuming cpu cycles needlessly in areas with no vent.
2) Added Nibble verb - spiders can now partially eat corpses to increase
health regen.
3) Queens/empresses can kill disobedient spiders with a special verb.
Doing this prevents that player from taking over any other
currently-existing spider. It is intended to allow queens/empresses to
maintain control over broods and prevent their spiders from being
asshats during RP scenarios.
4) Bugfix: attack-spider-makes-you-its-enemy code was not working, this
is now fixed.
5) On a queen being damaged, every non-spider nearby becomes a permanent
enemy of ALL spiders. IE: attack the queen and spiders will chase you
forever.
6) All spiders now get notified when a spider dies, and where.
7) Spiders can now communicate over hivemind (with .a similar to xenos)
8) All spiders now have a random number (1-999) appended to their names,
so you can always tell them apart even if they are the same type.
9) Spider decomposition is back. 2% per cycle on dead spider to gib it
with no loot.
10) Non-player spiders now tease players with a phrase on death.
11) Queens have been given several new abilities, that they use while
nesting. They now have a limited-range, pre-war screech, the ability to
spawn fake spiderlings (limited uses, for atmosphere), and a few uses of
an any-player hallucinate/fear ability. These are intended to sow chaos
amongst the station. They're RP abilities.
12) Ghosts are now notified when someone jumps into a spider.
13) The Guide for playing spiders has been improved quite a bit, and
made into an always-accessible verb under the Spider tab, so you can
always bring it up later.
14) Wiki page has also been improved. Currently a placeholder:
http://nanotrasen.se/wiki/index.php/User:Tzo
15) Suicide verb is added. This verb exists to take a spider out of the
round in a permanent way, so it doesn't just stand there AFK/SSD.
16) Terror spiders can no longer directly attack other spiders with
melee attacks.
17) Death of a queen now kills all purple guard spiders. This is to
provide an incentive for them to defend the queen - because its their
butts on the line if they don't.
18) Queens and Empresses now have a HiveSense ability that shows them
the name, location, health and AI status of all their spiders.
19) Pheremones has been renamed to HiveCommand, for consistency and RP
reasons.
20) Use of HiveCommand by a Queen/Empress now notifies players of the
changed orders. The guide also tells you current orders.
21) Added buffering to Queen egglaying ability. Waiting 3x the time
required to spawn an egg means it counts each interval, and lets you lay
3 eggs at once.
22) Fixed a bug with certain on-death effects happening twice.

Overall: this has been a big feature update. Many of the features
included here are experimental - I am likely to do further balance
passes on them.
Still, it does address several big wishlist items:
- better coordination between player-controlled spiders
- proper incentives (positive and negative) for behavior
- better death handling
- bugfixes/features to support less-than-madly-aggressive spiders
- bugfixes/features to support RP effects that spread terror rather than
direct damage
