This PR adds a series of logic checks to the atmospherics code that are designed to limit the circumstances in which an object "death blender" can occur. In the event that one does occur, these checks will greatly reduce its strength and duration.

Throw stuns also removed.

Is this what people have been talking about with object death blenders? I always just assumed they meant when and object slammed into you multiple times from gases venting in a single direction, because they stop when they hit you and then get thrown by the gasses again, repeat until you're in crit on the floor bleeding out.

Yeah its when multiple objects are situated in a way that they fly back and forth forever and melt anything in their path with the fury of 50 angry toolboxes

I support this PR as it balances the almighty death blender of space with at least some fall off so it DOES end.
