This automates the installation of patched TurnSignal into the Steam version. The Steam version has drifting issues and the patched one fixes that but also adds a couple features.

What it does:

Download the patched TurnSignal
Check for the install directory
Replace the files in the install directory
Cleans up after itself

Important details:

This only works if the Steam TurnSignal is installed under default paths in C:\ or D:\
