Check version

  • I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

Check for duplicates

  • I've checked for duplicate issues by using the search function of the issue tracker

What is the expected behaviour/value?

Viperesque from GGG has just confirmed in Path of Exile Discord (section "Other Questions") that the minimum exposure is applied last, and thus that the resulting exposure from taking both the fire mastery and the elemental mastery is 18, not 23.

What is the actual behaviour/value?

whenever i take both the fire mastery "Fire Exposure you inflict applies an extra -5% to fire resistance" and elemental mastery "Exposure you inflict applies at least -18% to the affected resistance", combined with Master Of Flame (which gives Fire Exposure to nearby enemies), it is calculated that i have -23% to enemy fire resistance.

How to reproduce the issue

take these masteries in the skill tree: "Fire Exposure you inflict applies an extra -5% to fire resistance" and "Exposure you inflict applies at least -18% to the affected resistance", add a cluster jewel that grants "Master Of Flame" and allocate that too.
add a righteous fire skill and look in the calcs section for the "Effective DPS Mod".
