'Cannot be Blinded' takes priority over 'You are Blind'
This does not fix all interacts that depend on if the player is blind however. I'm not sure of a nice universal way to disable them all instead of having to add a neg = true condition to every mod
Should perhaps add back the avoid mod as well as the flag, not too sure
