This initial release contains the R and Matlab scripts used to analyze and generate the figures and tables of the manuscript submitted to Progress in Oceanography by Pata et al. titled: "Persistent zooplankton bioregions reflect long-term consistency of community composition and oceanographic drivers in the NE Pacific." The codes in the R "Scripts/" folder would run if the necessary libraries and raw data are available. The raw data are currently separately stored in a different platform and are available from the authors. The metadata are provided as supplementary material of the manuscript.
