Pelion Device Management dockerised software device

Pelion virtual IoT device demo for use with Pelion Device Management. The demo runs in a docker environment and includes both the Pelion client connecting and updating Pelion Device Management with new values, and a GUI to show current status of the device from the client's perspective.
