Some Bugs

• cd app && npm install sometimes may not run for markdown-preview.nvim. Manually run npm install on that directory. Most commonly: ~/.local/share/nvim/lazy/markdown-preview.nvim/app.
• vim.ui.select on the startup menu causes the number columns to show up.
• Launching on small screens causes the startup text to become wobbly
• Autocomplete fails to work when creating a macro.
• Markdown mode has issues when entering from an existing buffer.
