Can't install on Perl 5.22.0 Windows MSWin32-x64-Multi-thread #281

I am using Padre and installing from Tools->Module Tools -> Install Remote Distribution http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/B/BI/BINGOS/ExtUtils-MakeMaker-7.24.tar.gz

The error I got is

We'll need to see that build.log to know what happened.
