Welcome to the PhD Toolbox course 2018 wiki!

This module is: BASIC MODULE - Unix, R and reproducible research, and it will be held in Turin between the 29th and the 31st of January 2018.

The course is meant for all PhD Students from the Life Sciences and Systems Biology Department of the University of Turin, Italy.

The course is divided on three days:

  • Day1 - Mon the 29th of January 2018

    • Location: Aula 4, V. Accademia Albertina 13 map

    • Time: 9-14

  • Day2 - Tue the 30th of January 2018

    • Location: Aula 4, V. Accademia Albertina 13 map

    • Time: 10-14

  • Day3 - Wen the 31st of January 2018

    • Location: Aula 4, V. Accademia Albertina 13 map

    • Time: 9-18

Class attendance will be registered by the teachers and the corresponding credits should be indicated in your end-of-the year creditization form. Attendance certificates can be requested to Andrea Genre after the end of the course.
