Companion app to Phrase blog article

Two apps were included in this article: A Flutter mobile app and a React web app. This is the React app.

Installation

1. Ensure that you have the Node.js runtime on your dev machine
2. Navigate to {project_root}/react_app.
3. Run npm install.
4. Run npm start to launch the app.
