At the POC meeting on 11-17-10, we added two new terms, spine leaf and spine stipule.

spine leaf: A leaf that is a sclerified and pointed (PATO:0002258) and lacks a lamina. is_a vascular leaf

spine stipule: A stipule that is sclerified and pointed (PATO:0002258). is_a stipule
