Wow.. finally got this fixed.
When you placed more than 100 cacti above each other (or sugarcane) they
let the server crash due to overflow call.

I'm thinking of a condition where the update got scheduled for another reason...

Oh yea. Placed sand on bedrock layer and stacked it up to build limit. Then broke the sand and the items fell.

:P Well.. you have to remove your pocketmine.yml, but after that, you
have new options todisable ticking for some blocks.
Its useful to disable melting of ice, fire burning down things or
turning off,  stop plant growth etc.

@PocketMine This is a such high requested feature.. please add it. Its
tested, and works like a charm
