We discussed keeping them to 3.5 hour segments to avoid running right until the time we're supposed to be out of the building and to give some setup/teardown time.

As an instructor, I'd much rather have every minute at my disposal for
trouble shooting and breaks in the middle. Tear down can happen during
closing discussion.
