As a requirement for "full controller support", we also need to open a virtual keyboard for text entry if the player is using a gamepad.

  • Settings menu (save file names? anything?)
  • Creature editor; entering name
  • Level editor; editing XML (!?)

There is an asset we can use here: https://github.com/martinfuchs/Godot-Onscreen-Keyboard

Other "full controller support" games such as Cassette Beasts do not have this, so it's not necessary for release.
