Redesign the creature editor from the ground-up with full controller support in mind.

This is mostly done except for a few loose ends:

  • Edit creature name with controller (onscreen keyboard, see Any prompts to enter text must open a virtual keyboard on screen #2447)
  • Edit creature color with controller
    • design color chooser for gamepad
      • palette tab with preset colors
        • shows about 20-30 preselected colors
        • does not show duplicates
        • sorted by HSV? Red -> Purple?
      • RGB slider tab with sliders
        • three sliders
      • can close dialog with controller button or escape
  • Export/import creature with controller (onscreen keyboard? custom file picker? or just let this one go)
