About LIST-REVIEW Tickets

Open tickets tagged with "LIST-REVIEW" are stalled because the real problem is not "doing the work", but uncertainty about what should be done, whether the work should be done, or how it should be done. "LIST-REVIEW" means "take it to the mailing list for review."

Open LIST-REVIEW tickets

The action required is to review these tickets, discuss alternatives, decide on action, remove the LIST-REVIEW keyword, then, finally, perform the task and close the ticket. Some tickets may be "good first issue" tickets but we haven't tagged them as such because a new contributor isn't going to be able to make a decision about the appropriate course of action.

Tickets currently being discussed on the mailing list should be tagged "IN-REVIEW".
