Something more personal and human, to build on the press release. Happy for feedback. Would be best to publish this week.

Flyby comment: filenames should be just lowercase alphanumberic with dashes. So please no Why or $15 in a file ending with .md :)

Whoops! Fixed the file name.

Thanks @mariusandra. Knew I'd forget something on a Monday morning!

@shehuphd Put this one together here. I'll create an issue for the other first, as I'd like feedback on it as discussed.

We didn't cover images this morning, but I assume we can use the Series B image Lottie created for the PR.

I'm not sure why these checks failed, but if there's any actions for me here or further feedback please let me know. I think it would be worthwhile to get this out in a reasonable time window to the funding announcement, for relevancy.

@shehuphd When articles are published I assume you have a process for sharing them on social, posting to relevant places? Let's discuss if not so we can put something in place.

OK, great. I'd love to discuss that stuff with you -- and may be worth picking up with Phil from a community POV too once you and James have discussed. Approach I've used before that has been successful is to create a tiered plan, based on common types of posts and how they can be published.

E.g. Promotion plan for technical content vs. talent content vs. announcement.

Fixed the deploy problem. :) For the future, if you click on "Details" next to "netlify/posthog/deploy-preview" Netlify will show you where the error occurred.

Merging, and thank you!

I'd propose a healthy exercise after each piece goes live is - how could this have been better. If this feedback feels like it'd make enough of an improvement we can run another PR to polish the post more based on your judgement.

This time, my feedback here would be:

Keep doing:

  1. The title is good. It would make me curious enough to read without being too clickbaity.
  2. The tone is nice - relaxed and firendly.
  3. The content does a good job of delivering to the title

To improve:

  1. I think we could go into more detail - when we suggest improvements, perhaps pick some relevant issues out or tag some pages of the handbook on strategy that may be relevant to encourage people to engage more
  2. We could put a bit more about the people behind the scenes - perhaps something on why Ali who joined the board is so awesome.

Fantastic feedback, thank you. Tone was definitely the part I was most aware of trying to get right so glad that landed. Detail is something I think we could tackle in future pieces if others saw it as something worth documenting.

@corywatilo please can you add the Series B artwork to the post if it doesn't have it already 😃
