Bug description

Just created a fresh cloud account.

Might be related to #2541 (as it's the same account).

I went through the setup and chose to skip sending events. All the internal pages are empty ie Insights:

The settings page is also empty:

Also, plugins are appearing on cloud (maybe this is a separate issue?):
