Kea TypeGen 0.0.31

Changes

• This upgrades kea-typegen to 0.0.31, which runs the generated types through prettier (v2) in case there's a prettier config file in the project.
• I also added a package.json script typegen:watch that does what it says.
• ... and I regenerated the types.
