Changes

Hi, this PR bumps the version of Kea from 1.0.1 to 2.0.0-beta.5 and adds babel-plugin-kea.

Kea 2.0.0-beta.5

Kea 2.0 brings a bunch of new goodies that make using Kea more convenient than before. The version number says beta, but it's more like a RC.

Other than the few breaking changes that are addressed in this PR, version 2.0 is backwards compatible with 1.0, as assured by the suite of 128 tests that Kea is built with. Still, it's always possible something will break, thus it could be worth testing this thoroughly.

Merging/testing this PR would greatly help speed up the final 2.0 release of Kea. If there are any bugs left in Kea, they could still be squashed before the big 2.0 release, instead of forcing a 2.0.1 directly after.

babel-plugin-kea

This plugin adds support to autogenerate paths for logic from filenames, making debugging kea with the redux devtools much nicer. See here for details
