Excellent idea, @dritter! We are for sure long overdue for this. I built on what you submitted and added a bit more detail. Very happy to get this in for v0.6.5 |

This adds Templates for new Issues and Pull Requests to help people. The Templates are mostly a backport from #344 .
We could even go a step further and add multiple templates..
This could be safely included in the next release (0.6.5).
