PSR2 is deprecated although we use it on the project.

Describe the solution you'd like
Use PSR12 instead.

It seems PHP-CS-Fixer is not fully ready yet: PHP-CS-Fixer/PHP-CS-Fixer#4502

We should wait for PHP-CS-Fixer to be ready, then apply it on the whole project
