As a user, I want to see an image thumbnail when I'm zooming and panning on images, so that I can see what I'm looking at in the context of the whole image.
#1132
In the transcription editor for a document with images, zoom into one of the images. Confirm there is a preview of the entire image, showing where you are zoomed in the image, in the top-left corner
Confirm this is present (and desired) in the public view of the images as well
Update editor help text and add navigator to OSD (#1131, #1132)

@blms@rlskoeser the image thumbnail when Zooming works well, and it provides a good workaround for moving around the image while zoomed in AND when an annotation zone is active. If you move the red square on the thumbnail, it moves you around the image and you don't have to click outside the annotation zone (not always possible when you're zoomed in and can't see the borders of the zone, and clicking outside the annotation zone gets rid of the text box). Could we update the instructions in the text editor to reflect this functionality (if you need to navigate around the image while an annotation zone is active, move the red square in the thumbnail)
