- Add the whole astronvim-v4 user config template
- Remove all astro-v4 example configs
- Setup copilot
- Setup nvim surround
- Add all astro language packs
- Add obsidian config
- Add kitty nvim plugin
- Switch nvim config dir to astronvim_v4

This will be it's own seperate install for now I will replace v3 once this is ready
