This PR decouples the XML language from the Markup language so that changes to
markupdo not affectxml.E.g. The
styleandscripttags added by CSS and JS modifymarkupbut notxml.This resolves #1597.
Unfortunately, I can't even test this because the XML language is not in its own file.
