Version compatible with v0.3T

This release is especially compatible with the v0.3T VentMon hardware version, of which we distributed 10. This code at present needs to be more robust, and is constantly changing, but is very useful as it is. It is part of the whole VentMon/vent-display/pirds-logger cloud-based ventilation monitor.
