This fixes many cec reconnect problems

I can confirm that when this "fix" has been added by Milhouse to the latest nightly test builds of Kodi 18 the TV not only switches on but now will switch "source to this device on startup". So the Pi3, in my case, is powered on and during boot the TV is turned on and with this fix it is now switching to the correct HDMI input that the Pi is connected to. Prior to this fix the TV would be turned on during the Pi's boot process but would not switch "source to this device on startup". Thanks to flubshi |

I can confirm that this change fixes my earlier reported issue #343. It will happily switch back to my RPi from standby and well as power on. Many thanks for fixing it. |
