Agreements

I am running the latest version of Purpur available from https://purpurmc.org/downloads.
I have searched for and ensured there isn't already an open issue regarding this.
My version of Minecraft is supported by Purpur.

It's caused by https://github.com/PurpurMC/Purpur/blob/ver/1.19.3/patches/server/0022-MC-168772-Fix-Add-turtle-egg-block-options.patch and the patch probably should just be dropped. Mojang fixed it about 3 years ago in a 1.16 snapshot (https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Java_Edition_20w06a#Fixes), but Billy forgot to drop it here 1a46c4b#diff-a6a7cc6d05238f1472afa8720af6d3518a05dc9345f4d9ca1ac79afe4b1c72f5L19-R19.
